Responsibilities:
● Reports to Senior Sales Manager
● Develop and implement lead generation, including marketing campaigns, social media, andnetworking initiatives.
● Identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality sales opportunities.
● Utilize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to manage lead data and track performance.
● Stay up-to-date on the latest lead generation techniques and best practices.
Sales Management:
● Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve and exceed sales targets.
● Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance
culture.
● Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing corrective actions.
● Manage sales processes, ensuring efficient and effective lead qualification and conversion.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
● Prepare and present sales reports and dashboards, providing insights into sales
performance and lead generation efforts.
Required skills and qualifications:-
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field with a
strong track record of achieving sales targets.
● Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
● Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
● Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively and lead other teams.
