- Consult with customers to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Recommend and sell domestic and international travel packages.
- Book flights, hotels, holiday packages, cruises, visas, travel insurance, and transportation.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, industry trends, airline policies, and promotional offers.
- Resolve customer issues before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records in CRM or reservation systems.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
