Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in candidates.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, and enrollment procedures.
- Maintain student records and follow-up reports.
- Achieve admission targets and provide excellent customer support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling, admissions, telecalling, or sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and guide students effectively.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
