Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all showroom visitors professionally
- Maintain customer entry register and showroom footfall data
- Coordinate customers with sales consultants
- Offer proper seating and basic hospitality to customers
- Handle incoming calls and transfer to concerned departments
- Maintain showroom ambience and reception cleanliness
- Support customer satisfaction activities and events
- Ensure proper display of brochures, standees, and customer lounge area
- Follow dealership process and customer handling standards of Maruti Suzuki India Limited
- Maintain professional grooming and showroom discipline
