Job Description
We are seeking a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve calling targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
- Handle inbound calls and address customer queries professionally
- Explain company products/services and generate interest among potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM/Excel
- Achieve daily/monthly calling targets and conversion goals
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
- Prepare daily/weekly call reports for management review

Education
Any graduate / Diploma (with good communication skills)
Experience
0–2 years in telecalling/customer service (Freshers welcome)
Software Skills
Basic MS Excel, CRM knowledge (preferred)
Languages
Tamil (must); English and Hindi (preferred)

- Patience and ability to handle rejections positively
