- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve overall team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools to evaluate system behavior under various conditions.
- Experience in designing and executing test plans that simulate real-world usage scenarios to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to development teams for continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with integrating performance testing within continuous integration and delivery pipelines to ensure ongoing system reliability.
- Skilled in collaborating with software engineers and stakeholders to align performance goals with business objectives.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
