Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per production output and outlet requirements.
- Coordinate closely with production, purchase, stores, and outlet teams for smooth material and finished goods movement.
- Monitor inward/outward inventory movement and ensure stock accuracy.
- Ensure timely order picking, packing, loading, and dispatch as per delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and delivery partners for on-time deliveries.
- Follow up with outlets for urgent replenishment, delivery schedules, and return management.
- Maintain invoices, delivery challans, dispatch registers, and stock movement records.
- Prepare daily MIS reports for stock movement, pending orders, dispatch status, and logistics updates.
- Conduct stock reconciliation and highlight shortages, excess, or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch practices as per company SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and dispatch area standards.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and support process improvement for faster and cost-effective logistics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
