About the role
We run paid advertising across multiple Google and Meta ad accounts and are looking for someone who can own campaign performance end to end - planning, execution, tracking, and optimization. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the ad platforms daily, is rigorous about measurement, and moves fast. You'll manage 3 Google Ads accounts and 3 Meta ad accounts, reporting on real performance and continuously improving ROAS.
What you'll do
- Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Own conversion tracking setup and integrity - pixels, Google Tag Manager, conversion actions, GA4 linkage - and make sure the numbers we act on are trustworthy
- Do audience research, segmentation, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding, and act on results quickly
- Monitor budgets and pacing across all accounts, and optimize for CPA, ROAS, and CTR
- Report performance clearly, with honest attribution, and flag what's working and what isn't
- Coordinate with the design/content team on ad creatives
Must-have skills
- 2–4 years running Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts independently (not just assisting)
- Strong, demonstrable command of conversion tracking and attribution - pixel setup, GTM, GA4, conversion troubleshooting. This is central to the role, not optional.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts at once without dropping quality
- Fluent with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting/reporting tools
- Data-driven, fast-moving, and able to turn analysis into action without hand-holding
- Good English communication for reporting
Nice to have
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification
- Experience in an agency or multi-account environment
- Experience with ad budgets in the ₹X–Y lakh/month range
