- Lead, mentor, and motivate the IT-Sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
- Assign and manage sales leads while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance using CRM and MIS reports.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer data and sales records.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to improve lead generation and customer experience.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards for management.
- Train, and onboard new sales team members when required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
