Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Lead: Direct the sales team within the assigned area, providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize sales potential and growth in the assigned territory.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning within the marketplace.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor sales representatives to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for the area, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients, assess market conditions, and support the sales team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
