ob Summary
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Foreman to supervise daily on-site operations, manage workers, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on time. The Foreman will act as the link between workers and management, ensuring quality workmanship and smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers on-site
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to meet project timelines
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, drawings, and specifications
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and safety standards on-site
- Inspect work quality and report issues to management
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Maintain records of work progress, attendance, and site reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI or relevant technical qualification (preferred)
- 1 year of experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction/site work processes
- Ability to manage teams and solve on-site issues quickly
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
