Structural BIM Lead/Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Develop accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.

· Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and model documentation.

· Ensure BIM models comply with client requirements and company BIM standards.

· Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.

· Perform model quality checks and ensure accuracy before project submission.

· Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings.

· Review project requirements and identify potential technical issues.

· Support Project Managers and BIM Leads in project planning and execution.

· Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior BIM Modellers.

· Maintain project documentation and model revisions.

· Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project schedules.

· Continuously improve BIM workflows and best practices.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
