We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to turn our software, websites, and digital products into intuitive, beautiful, and high-converting experiences. You will take ownership of the entire design lifecycle—from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and pixel-perfect handoff to developers. You will champion the user at every stage, ensuring our products are not only visually stunning but also accessible, functional, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
User Experience (UX) Strategy & Research
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand customer pain points, needs, and behaviors.
- Analyze user journey maps, flowcharts, and site architectures to identify friction points and opportunities for improved navigation.
- Translate business requirements and user feedback into intuitive, logical user flows and low-fidelity wireframes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and SEO/Marketing Analysts to ensure designs support organic search visibility and conversion rate goals (e.g., clear CTAs, logical information hierarchy).
User Interface (UI) Design & Visual Execution
- Design high-fidelity, pixel-perfect user interfaces for web, mobile, and native applications that align with our brand identity and design system.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system, including typography, color palettes, iconography, component libraries, and micro-interactions.
- Produce interactive, clickable prototypes in Figma (or similar tools) to communicate design intent and facilitate user testing.
- Design responsive layouts that provide a seamless experience across all device sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Collaboration & Handoff
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing detailed specifications, assets, and design QA throughout the build process.
- Partner with content strategists and copywriters to ensure UI elements perfectly complement and highlight textual content.
- Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders, articulating how design choices solve user problems and drive business metrics.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, accessibility standards (WCAG), and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven personalization).
- Analyze user behavior data (heatmaps, session recordings, analytics) to iterate on existing designs and improve user engagement and retention.
- Champion a culture of design thinking, user empathy, and rapid experimentation within the company.
Qualifications & Skills

- UX Fluency: Deep understanding of UX best practices, information architecture, user research methodologies, and usability testing.

- Responsive & Mobile-First Design: Proven experience designing for multiple breakpoints with a mobile-first mindset.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive design feedback gracefully.
- Basic HTML/CSS Awareness: While you won't code, you must understand the technical constraints and capabilities of HTML/CSS to design realistically and communicate effectively with developers.
