### **Work in Hours**
* Day Shift (e.g., 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM IST)
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits via fax / web portals
* Check coverage details: deductibles, co-pays, waiting periods, annual maximums
* Communicate eligibility details clearly to dental offices
* Update and maintain accurate records in the system
* Handle email and documentation requests
* Coordinate with internal teams for discrepancies
### **Requirements**
* Any graduate (preferred)
* 2-6 years of experience in dental/medical eligibility verification
* Good communication skills (written & verbal)
* Basic knowledge of insurance terms
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
