Packing & Dispatch Executive | Full-Time (On-Site)
Location: Pullepady, Near MG Road, Kochi

Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
(Sunday is the weekly off.)

We are Lobha Deepthis, a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) ethnic clothing brand that celebrates India’s handmade textiles through perfectly tailored, ready-to-wear clothing.
We are a vertically integrated brand — designing, manufacturing, and marketing all under one roof.
What You Need (Qualifications & Skills)
- Minimum: Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1+ years of logistics/fulfilment experience.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and WhatsApp.
- Knowledge of Shopify, logistics, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Diligent, attentive, and disciplined- ensuring every order is packed and tracked correctly.
- Physically capable of working long hours in the packing department. (9.30 am to 6.30 pm)
- Experience in apparel, fashion, or e-commerce fulfilment will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and takes pride in ensuring that every parcel leaves on time and in perfect condition.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Print and manage shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips daily.
• Pack all orders carefully and coordinate with courier partners for timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams (logistics providers) to close shipment or delivery issues.
- Track KPIs and fulfilment metrics to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in training and supervising junior team members over time.
Note
This is a full-time, on-site position in Kochi. Part-timers or students may not be suitable. We’re a lean, focused team — your full presence during work hours is essential.
