Position: Soft Skills Trainer – UCSL Program
Location: Manesar| Mode: Full-time | Experience: 1-2 Years| CTC: upto ₹32,000/month
About the Role:
Udayan Care is seeking a passionate Soft Skills Trainer to deliver training that enhances students’ employability. The role involves conducting soft skills sessions, mentoring students, and supporting placement readiness through structured training and counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on communication, interpersonal skills, workplace readiness, and personality development
- Facilitate daily classes, mock interviews, and job readiness sessions
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on employability skills
- Support student counseling, enrollment, and placement activities
- Conduct workshops, co-curricular activities, and center events
- Guide students on resume writing, job applications, and interview preparation
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with program team for smooth execution
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream with soft skills training certification preferred
- 6–24 months of relevant experience (NGO/teaching/training preferred)
Key Skills:
Communication, facilitation, interpersonal skills, student engagement, problem-solving, and community orientation
Additional Requirement:
Willingness to travel as per program needs
