Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our remote clinical team. In this role, you will conduct online assessments and therapy sessions for children and adults with a range of communication and language disorders. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive online speech and language assessments for children and adults
- Design and deliver individualized therapy plans via teletherapy platforms
- Track client progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date session notes and reports
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, parents, and caregivers to provide holistic support
- Provide home program guidance and parent coaching to reinforce therapy goals
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and clinical reviews
- Stay current with evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP or equivalent)
- Valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration and CRR number — mandatory
- Active membership with the Indian Speech and Hearing Association (ISHA) preferred
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English and Hindi — mandatory (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in additional regional Indian languages (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Gujarati) is a strong advantage
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology
- Prior teletherapy or online therapy experience is highly preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations (autism, speech delay, stuttering, language disorders) is preferred
Preferred & Additional Qualifications
- Certification or training in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
- Training in PROMPT, PECS, DIR/Floortime, or other structured therapy approaches
- Experience with occupational therapy co-treatment models
- Certification in Early Intervention programs
- Familiarity with telepractice platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or therapy-specific tools
- Strong digital literacy and comfort with online documentation systems
