We are looking for sharp, intelligent, and research-oriented freshers to work directly with the founders at Cybernext.
This is not a fixed department role. The selected candidates will support the founders across different areas of the business, including research, business development coordination, marketing research, internal documentation, process tracking, design and development references, and day-to-day execution.
The role is suitable for someone who wants to learn how a growing digital agency works from the inside. You will be involved in different types of tasks depending on what needs attention, clarity, research, follow-up, or execution.
We are looking for people who can think logically, research well, write clearly, and understand instructions without needing constant spoon-feeding. The person should be comfortable working closely with the founders and taking ownership of small but important tasks.

Research different topics related to business, hiring, marketing, design, development, competitors, tools, platforms, and internal projects.

Prepare clear documents, summaries, trackers, comparison sheets, notes, and action points.

Support business development-related research, lead research, market research, and internal coordination.

Collect references, examples, websites, campaigns, content ideas, and other useful information based on the given direction.

Coordinate with internal team members to collect updates, organize information, and close follow-ups.

Help in creating and maintaining internal documents, SOPs, checklists, and process notes.

Assist the founders with daily priorities, execution tasks, research work, and operational follow-ups.

Work across different areas of the company depending on the current business requirements.

Use tools like Google Docs, Sheets, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, and online research platforms to complete assigned work properly.

Be open to flexible timings when required.

Prior internship, college project, or research-based work experience.

Comfort with using ChatGPT or other AI tools for research, writing, summaries, and documentation.

We are looking for freshers who are smart, sincere, curious, and willing to learn.
The person should not be looking for a very rigid role where the same tasks are repeated every day. This role requires someone who can work on different things, understand context, ask sensible questions, and complete work with responsibility.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys research, writing, coordination, and problem-solving. The person should be able to work directly with the founders, handle changing priorities, and bring clarity to tasks that may not always be perfectly structured from the beginning.
We would prefer someone who is proactive, practical, and serious about learning how business, hiring, marketing, operations, and digital projects work in a real agency environment.
