Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive – Pet Hospital
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and deliver excellent client service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle appointments, billing, calls, and patient registrations.
- Welcome and assist pet parents professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff for smooth operations.
- Manage front desk activities and daily administration.
- Promote hospital services, memberships, pet food, accessories, and wellness plans.
- Support sales targets through customer engagement and service recommendations.
- Maintain records and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic managerial and team coordination abilities.
- Sales and customer service skills.
- Computer knowledge and multitasking ability.
- Experience in reception/front desk roles preferred.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
