- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal, and project teams for smooth customer servicing.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM software regularly.
- Manage booking forms, agreements, payment schedules, and documentation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups for pending payments and collections.
- Ensure timely sharing of project updates, possession updates, and demand letters with customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare MIS reports, customer feedback reports, and collection reports.
- Support registration and possession processes.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with channel partners and internal departments when required.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
