Job Summary
SLBS Marklance is looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader – Sales (B2C) to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales background in the EdTech or related industry, and the ability to drive team targets while ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2C sales executives
- Drive individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and feedback
- Handle sales planning, pipeline management, and conversion strategies
- Ensure effective follow-up on leads and maintain high conversion ratios
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead flow and campaign execution
- Handle escalations, customer concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit sales reports and performance metrics to management
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and productivity within the team
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (EdTech or related field preferred)
- At least 2 years of proven experience in team handling
- Strong knowledge of B2C sales processes and inside sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales goals
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
