Job Description
We are looking for a Front Office Manager to join to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹9,000 - ₹12,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
- Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
