Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and operational improvements.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular reviews.
- Coordinate with the management team for manpower planning and operational needs.
- Maintain a positive work culture and employee engagement within the showroom.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience (7–10 years) in HR and Operations.
- Strong knowledge of statutory and labour compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work long hours and handle multi-tasking efficiently.
Pay: ₹25,500.29 - ₹50,414.20 per month
