Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The role involves driving property sales, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and developing effective sales strategies to maximize business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for residential/commercial projects.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
- Oversee lead management, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure effective lead generation and follow-up.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
