Job Summary
The Tandoor CDP will be responsible for managing the Tandoor section and preparing authentic Punjabi and North Indian dishes to fine-dining standards. The role requires strong knowledge of traditional tandoor cooking, consistency in taste and presentation, and strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
