Position Title: Marketing Executive
Department: Business Development / Valuation Services

Job Summary
The Marketing Executive for Valuation Service is responsible for generating business opportunities from banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, legal firms, and corporate clients for valuation services. The role includes client acquisition, relationship management, empanelment support, coordination with valuation teams, and promotion of valuation and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach banks, NBFCs, housing finance companies, and financial institutions for valuation assignments.
- Generate leads for:
- Land and Building valuation,
- Plant and Machinery Valuation,
- Securities or Financial Assets
- Develop relationships with bank managers, credit departments, recovery teams, and legal departments.
- Arrange meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations with prospective clients.
Marketing & Relationship Management
- Promote valuation services to banks, corporates, advocates, and chartered accountants.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for assignment allocation.
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
- Represent the company at networking events, seminars, and industry meetings.
Empanelment & Documentation
- Assist in empanelment processes with banks and financial institutions.
- Prepare and submit documents for:
- Vendor registration
- Tender participation
- Technical qualification
- Compliance documentation
- Coordinate renewal of empanelments and agreements.
Coordination with Valuation Team
- Coordinate between clients and valuation engineers/architects.
- Ensure timely scheduling of site inspections and report delivery.
- Track assignment status and maintain client communication.
- Resolve client queries related to valuation reports and timelines.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze competitor activities and market opportunities.
- Identify new business segments and regions for expansion.
- Support management in preparing marketing plans and growth strategies.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain client database and lead tracking reports.
- Prepare weekly/monthly business development reports.
- Monitor targets, revenue generation, and assignment conversion ratios.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in marketing, banking liaisoning, valuation services, real estate, or financial services.
- Experience dealing with banks/NBFCs preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of banking and valuation industry preferred.
- Relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Good networking and lead generation capability.
- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Property valuation processes and banking documentation.
- Loan against property (LAP) and mortgage procedures.
- Bank empanelment requirements.
