Job Description:
We are looking for candidates with 16 years of experience in US Mortgage Servicing / Cash Management to handle cash posting and payment-related activities in the Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Post cash items in MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) including payoffs, payments received in office, and cash reversals.
- Respond to cash-related queries through internal cash chat from Customer Relations and other internal teams.
- Review the Cash Management email inbox and respond to requests or queries.
- Process assigned tasks in MSP such as Corporate Advance Creation, Funds Application, Reversals, and Specialty Payoff Quotes.
- Review Daily Edit Reject and Reversal Reports and take appropriate action as per process guidelines.
- Process stop payments on MSP disbursements when required.
Requirements:
- 16 years of experience in US Mortgage Servicing / Cash Posting / Cash Management.
- Knowledge of MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) is preferred.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Willing to work in Night Shift (Chennai WFO).
