Role and Responsibilities -
- Lead and manage the HVAC design team, including engineers and draftsmen.
- Develop and maintain HVAC design standards, templates, and best practices.
- Review and approve HVAC designs, calculations, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, client specifications, ASHRAE, ISHRAE, ISO 14644, GMP, and local building/fire codes.
- Perform and oversee HVAC engineering activities, including heat load calculations, ventilation calculations, ducting/piping design, equipment selection, and cleanroom HVAC design.
- Plan resources, monitor schedules, and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and problem-solving, including risk management, design reviews, and resolving site-related issues.
- Support in Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate HVAC team members while improving departmental technical capabilities.
- Optimize HVAC system performance, energy efficiency, lifecycle costs, and cost-effective design solutions.
- Support project execution and business activities, including tendering, BOQ/specification reviews, commissioning, compliance audits, client presentations, and technical proposals.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
