✓ Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and basic server systems
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
✓ Manage user accounts, emails, and access in Microsoft 365
✓ Assist in onboarding and offboarding (system setup, email creation, access removal)
✓ Monitor system performance and escalate issues when required
✓ Maintain IT assets and inventory records
✓ Ensure regular data backups and basic security practices
✓ Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN connectivity issues
✓ Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and procurement
✓ Maintain documentation of IT processes and systems
