Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive Assistant & Office Administrator who can efficiently manage administrative activities, support leadership, coordinate meetings, maintain professional communication, and assist with social media activities.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and professional meeting etiquette.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Assistance
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas.
- Take meeting notes and track action items.
- Draft professional emails and correspondence.
- Assist management with day-to-day business activities.
Office Administration
- Maintain office records and documentation.
- Organize files, reports, invoices, and databases.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Support recruitment and administrative processes.
- Ensure smooth office operations.
Client Coordination
- Communicate professionally with clients and partners.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Visit client locations when required.
- Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism.
Social Media Support
- Manage company social media accounts.
- Create and publish basic posts and updates.
- Coordinate content with internal teams.
- Respond to messages and inquiries professionally.
- Support online branding and digital presence.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain task trackers and meeting records.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.
Required SkillsCommunication & Professionalism
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent meeting and business etiquette.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
