Position: Creative Media & Content Production Specialist
We are looking for a highly creative and energetic Creative Media & Content Production Specialist to join our team at Anton’s MediCode.
We are an educational firm mainly dealing with healthcare job-oriented short-term courses. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, videography, editing, branding, and social media trends. The candidate will be responsible for planning, producing, and managing digital content for all our brands.
Since we manage multiple brands, the candidate will coordinate and manage creative content requirements across all brands. A Content Manager will assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Plan and execute creative content strategies for all brands
Coordinate with the Content Manager and brand teams for content planning and execution
Create monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
Write scripts, captions, and promotional content for reels, shorts, and advertisements
Handle video shoots using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras
Manage lighting, framing, audio, and production setup
Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms
Create trend-based AI-enhanced reels and promotional videos
Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and color correction
Design posters, thumbnails, social media creatives, and branding materials
Maintain brand consistency across all brands and platforms
Stay updated with the latest social media and video editing trends
Requirements
Proven experience in video editing and content production
Good knowledge of:
Adobe Premiere Pro
CapCut
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Photoshop
Canva
AI Video Editing Tools
Knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless camera handling and video shooting
Ability to manage content production for multiple brands
Creative storytelling and branding skills
Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trend-based editing
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Added Advantage
Knowledge in CorelDRAW and graphic designing
Experience in motion graphics and animation
Familiarity with branding and digital marketing concepts
Salary & Growth
Probation Period Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month
After 3 months, salary hike will be based on:
