Role Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer collaborations, execute creator campaigns, and build strong relationships with content creators to enhance Alpino's brand presence across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and connect with relevant influencers and content creators.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and content approvals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to align campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on social media trends, creator insights, and influencer marketing best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing influencer campaigns and creator partnerships.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of campaign performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and ROI.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
