THE ROLE → This is a field sales position. 4 days a week you are out in Guwahati building relationships — gyms, clinics, corporate offices, residential complexes, sports clubs. 2 day a week you are in office reporting, planning, and following up. If you enjoy face-to-face conversations and converting them into real partnerships, this role was built for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO → Build referral relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, fitness studios, and corporates → Conduct walkthroughs and presentations of Anagami's services to potential partners → Maintain a clean, updated lead tracker every week without fail → Follow up consistently — a warm lead without follow-up is a lost lead → Report weekly to the marketing and management team
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR → Confident walking into a gym or clinic and starting a conversation cold → Fluent in Assamese and Hindi, functional English for emails → Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets → Own bike or scooty (travel reimbursed) → Based in Guwahati → 1–3 years in field sales preferred, healthcare or wellness a bonus. This is a part-time job.
COMPENSATION → Base salary + commission on every B2B tie-up and client conversion you bring in. The stronger your pipeline, the stronger your take-home. Travel expenses reimbursed.
