- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Absence Management.
- At least 2-3 full cycle Oracle HCM Implementation experience with focus on Absence Management.
- Experience in configuring approval workflows and Fast Formulas is highly required.
- Experience in integration absence with of Time & Labor, Payroll.
- Strong knowledge in creating Fast Formulas for complex eligibility, accruals, and carryover calculations.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, documenting those, doing fit gap analysis and mapping them to Oracle Cloud HCM application
- Ability to work with stakeholders to define business processes and solutions.
