JOB SUMMARY
We are currently looking for 3 smart and well-presented Front Office Associates who are energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about hospitality. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to create a positive first impression while delivering exceptional guest service.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate guest records and process payments
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Ensure the front desk area remains neat and organized
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in the hotel industry (Front Office preferred)
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of hotel management software (PMS)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Preferred Skills:
Attention to detail
Teamwork and collaboration
Cash handling experience
Knowledge of reservation systems

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
