Sales Executive – Commercial Vehicles

Main Job & Responsibilities
- Generate sales through field visits, walk-in customers, and references.
- Promote and sell Cargo, Platform, and CNG commercial vehicle variants.
- Conduct test drives (TD) and convert prospects into confirmed sales.
- Handle yard walk-in inquiries and provide product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet owners, transport operators, and business customers.
- Assist customers with finance documentation and coordinate loan approvals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and delivery process.
Profile Required

- Preferred background from competing commercial vehicle brands such as Tata Ace, Ashok Leyland Dost, Maruti Super Carry, or Bajaj Maxima CNG.
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, last-mile delivery vehicle sales, or finance penetration.
- Good knowledge of the Salem, Namakkal, and Dharmapuri markets.
- Experience dealing with small commercial vehicles (SCVs), logistics customers, or fleet operators is preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/DMS systems is an added advantage.

Salary
Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance. Attractive incentives will be provided based on sales performance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
