Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) to drive new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with corporate clients. The role involves lead generation, cold outreach, client meetings, sales presentations, and managing the complete sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is target-oriented, and is passionate about building business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Identify and connect with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Marketing teams of corporate organizations.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting, event, and floral solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations (virtual or in person).
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the internal team.
- Negotiate with clients and work towards successful deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and opportunities using CRM, Excel, and the company's internal software.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover after successful order confirmation.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
