The Desktop Trainee Engineer will support the IT team in providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT hardware, software, and networking systems. The role is designed for fresh graduates/entry-level candidates to gain practical exposure in desktop support and IT infrastructure management.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and MS Office.
