We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reservations Executive to join our team for a pre-opening hotel in Goa. This role is critical in setting up reservation systems and ensuring smooth booking operations prior to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and maintain room inventory, rate plans, and packages.
- Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Responsible for handling STAAH, Booking engines and online reservations.
- Maintain guest profiles and preferences.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of experience in reservations or similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
