Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Analytical Testing: Perform qualitative and quantitative tests to analyze sample compositions, including raw materials and finished products.
- Method Development: Develop, optimize, and validate new analytical methods to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab instruments such as HPLC, GC, and spectrometers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant records of experiments, observations, and results (often using LIMS).
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all procedures follow safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and industry standards.
- Reporting: Prepare technical reports and present findings to project teams. Indeed +8
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: A Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Specialist in Inorganic Chemistry,
- Experience: Previous experience in a laboratory setting, ranging from 4 to 5+ years for specialized roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and software.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in team-oriented environments.
