Position Overview
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and qualified Montessori Teacher who loves working with children and believes in experiential learning. The ideal candidate will create a joyful, structured, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Montessori curriculum and guide children through hands-on learning experiences.
- Prepare and maintain learning materials aligned with Montessori principles.
- Observe and record each child’s progress, adapting lessons to individual needs.
- Foster independence, respect, and social responsibility among students.
- Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with fellow educators.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Montessori training from a recognized institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori setup.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child-centered learning.

Pay: ₹10,291.42 - ₹12,600.00 per month
