Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at industrial project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at industrial project sites (factories, warehouses, plants, etc.).
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Manage material usage and ensure proper inventory control.
- Verify measurements and prepare billing/BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of site activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- 2–6 years of experience in industrial construction projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with IS codes and industrial project requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in factory/plant construction projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily site-based role in Ahmedabad and nearby industrial areas.
- May require extended working hours depending on project deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
