RECRUIT & MANGE ASSOCIATES FOR THE COMPANY WHO IN TURN SELL ALL INSUARANCE, LOAN PRODUCTS & SERVICES TO THEIR CLIENTS.
- Onboard newly recruited associates and get them to their first sale within 30–45 days
- Run weekly check-ins with every associate in their cluster (call or in-person)
- Accompany associates on early client meetings for insurance, loan, and CA-service pitches
- Identify and unblock stuck cases (missing documents, delayed approvals, client objections)
- Flag inactive associates early and run a structured re-activation plan
- Feed associate feedback (product gaps, commission issues, training needs) back to the Business Head
- Encourage cross-selling — an associate selling only insurance should be introduced to loan and CA-service opportunities within their existing client base
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
