We are excited to invite you to apply for the role of Zonal Data Captain (Field Sales & Operations). This is a full-time contract, 100% field-based role with a fixed salary of ₹25,000 to 30,000 month and performance incentives up to ₹95,000/week.
As a Zonal Data Captain, you will:
Convert a minimum of 8 verified businesses per day for commercial video data collection.
Scout and expand into new towns and industrial clusters in your zone.
Support recording-day operations and maintain strong relationships with business owners.
Requirements:
Native fluency in the local language + English.
Minimum 1 year of field sales/business development experience.
Existing network of business owners in your region.
