Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital channels, campaign management, analytics, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
- Oversee social media marketing initiatives, including content planning, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements for user experience and conversion rates.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Collaborate with content, design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.).
- Experience managing B2B or B2C digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and customer journey mapping.
- Experience with A/B testing and marketing automation.
