Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, acquire clients, and manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property and investment solutions.
- Conduct project presentations, client meetings, and site visits to drive conversions.
- Prepare and explain cost sheets, payment plans, financing options, and home loan processes.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals accurately while ensuring complete documentation and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, banks, and channel partners.
- Achieve sales, revenue, and collection targets while monitoring pipeline and conversion metrics.
- Train, mentor, and support the sales team on client pitching, project presentations, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking, registration, and post-sales processes.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.

Pay: ₹40,669.37 - ₹57,540.85 per month
