Job Description: Product Designer 1/ Associate III - Product Design
We need a strategic design thinker capable of navigating the full product lifecycle, from Human-Centered Research to high-fidelity design execution. You won't just be making products look good, you will be defining why they should exist.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:5-7 years of proven impact in Product Design Strategy & Design
- Location-Pune or Trivandrum
- Education:BDes or MDes preferred.
- Strategic Depth:Expert in Service Design (blueprints, ecosystem mapping) and Human-Centered-Design methodologies.
- Design Excellence:Expert-level Figma skills and a deep understanding of design systems.
- Vision:Ability to understand complex business requirements, strategise and translate into intuitive user flows.
- Generative Design
- Prior experience is highly desirable.
