Looking for Digital Marketing expert, who can devise innovative growth strategies, by developing a deep understanding of our target consumers. You will be responsible for growing revenue through digital marketing initiatives
Job Description and Responsibilities :
- Minimum 2+ years of experience.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media (Instagram, Facebook, youtube, Pinterest, etc.) and display advertising campaigns
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
- Ensure content becomes an effective means to acquire, engage and retain users, and generate significant word-of-mouth and share ability
- Must come with a deep understanding of digital products, driving scale for them, and user behaviour
- Use data and market intelligence to drive acquisition and retention efforts at each stage of the customer life cycle.
- You will be responsible for planning and managing all marketing campaigns - organic, content, and paid
- Responsible for conceptualization, creative, and content planning and execution for tracking and reporting of these campaigns.
- You should be able to reach new customers through strategic, analytical, and creative methodologies in order to increase the relevance of the product
- You should be able to identify new growth opportunities (including new platforms, channels, and advertising and integration opportunities) to acquire new and engaged users
- Ensures marketing content is delivered through a combination of sources - in-house team and users
- Strong strategic thinking and a mind bent towards recognizing problems and coming up with innovative solutions.
Qualifications

Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. A marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.

Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media. (Give links to profiles as examples).

Proficient in content marketing theory and application.

Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.

Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.

Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
