About the Role
SolvEdge is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in the US healthcare RCM market. This role requires a proven leader with deep industry expertise, strong client relationships, and the ability to lead high-value deal cycles from prospecting to closure. You will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, mentoring the sales team, and building long-term partnerships with US healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales strategy for RCM services targeting US healthcare providers, hospitals, and health systems
Identify, qualify, and secure high-value business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and industry connections
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, Revenue Cycle Heads, Practice Administrators)
Lead complex sales cycles including solutioning, presentations, demos, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
Collaborate with delivery, operations, and product teams to design customized RCM solutions
Own and consistently achieve/exceed revenue targets, pipeline goals, and sales KPIs
Mentor and guide junior sales/BDE teams to improve performance and conversion rates
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new services and offerings
Monitor market trends, payer regulations, and competitive landscape in US healthcare RCM
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM sales/business development
Strong understanding of end-to-end RCM processes
Proven track record of closing large deals and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience handling enterprise-level clients and long sales cycles
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B enterprise sales within US healthcare services
Existing network of US healthcare clients and decision-makers
Ability to deliver high-impact executive presentations and solution demos
Experience working with offshore delivery models
