Your Role: Where Strategy Meets Execution Academic Operations Leadership
- Share daily administrative responsibility with the Academic Head for smooth, effective campus operations
- Plan, schedule, and lead all meetings pertaining to academic operational matters
- Ensure campus-wide communication in consultation with Management
- Oversee class schedules, faculty teaching schedules, and daily operations
Policy & Compliance
- Interpret, implement, and ensure compliance with university academic and administrative policies
- Develop and foster effective collaboration between faculty, staff, and campus services
- Maintain detailed records for system-wide operations, audits, and reporting
Curriculum & Quality Management
- Ensure ongoing improvement, supervision, and evaluation of curriculum content and delivery
- Monitor course offerings throughout the year and resolve curricular operational issues
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate them into academic planning
Strategic Planning & Innovation
- Play a pivotal role in developing campus academic operational plans and monitoring implementation
- Identify areas for improvement through technology, organizational, or process changes
- Prepare end-of-semester reports with implementation status and recommendations
- Schedule masterclasses and workshops with industry experts
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work actively with Academic and Training & Internship teams and Coordinators
- Initiate joint operational protocols for efficient course delivery across campus
- Liaise with faculty members to ensure integrated approach to academic goals
- Participate in committees as assigned by Management
Industry Integration
- Stay updated with industry developments and prepare students for future challenges
- Be open to implementing industry needs into curriculum
- Coordinate on-campus and online sessions that bridge theory and practice
- Monitor student output and learning outcomes
Skills & Experience:
✓ Hands-on experience (2-5 yrs) in academic coordination at UG/PG level
✓ A background as both faculty member and coordinator at college/university level
✓ Your finger on the pulse of industry trends and innovations
✓ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
✓ Strong organizational abilities with an analytical mindset
✓ Experience with budget management and resource optimization
✓ A passion for innovation in education delivery
✓ The candidate should possess relevant work experience in higher education institutions and have a basic understanding of NAAC and NEP 2024 guidelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
